*Take Exit 99 towards New Castle/Butler.
*Make a LEFT off of the ramp onto 422-W towards New Castle.
*Route 422-W veers off to the right.
*Stay on 422-W towards Youngstown.
*Take the Moravia St/PA-168 Exit.
*Turn RIGHT at the stop sign onto 168-N.
*At the next stop sign, turn LEFT onto Moravia Street.
*Turn RIGHT onto Long Avenue.
*The NCP is located at the next light on your right.

From the East (Directions from Butler)

*Get on 422-W towards New Castle.
*Route 422-W veers off to the right.
*Stay on 422-W towards Youngstown.
*Take the Moravia St/PA-168 Exit.
*Turn RIGHT at the stop sign onto 168-N.
*At the next stop sign, turn LEFT onto Moravia Street.
*Turn RIGHT onto Long Avenue.
*The NCP is located at the next light on your right.

From the West (Directions from Youngstown)

*Get on OH-289 towards Pennsylvania.
*OH-289 becomes US-422 E and crosses into Pennsylvania.
*Take the Moravia St/PA-168 Exit.
*Turn RIGHT at the stop sign onto 168-N.
*At the next stop sign, turn LEFT onto Moravia Street.
*Turn RIGHT onto Long Avenue.
*The NCP is located at the next light on your right.
